Operations Executive
Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations and maintenance for passenger and commercial vehicles, ensuring timely schedules, vehicle upkeep, and excellent customer service to support efficient delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance and operational activities for passenger and commercial vehicle fleets to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules while monitoring fleet status to maintain timely and efficient operations
- Apply Standard Operating Procedures consistently to uphold service quality and operational compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to facilitate smooth daily delivery processes
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and servicing to ensure fleet reliability and compliance with safety standards
- Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle fleet to maintain professional appearance and functionality
- Perform additional assigned tasks to support fleet and operational needs as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid class 3 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Higher NITEC, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support, or related fields
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
