Eram Talent is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented analogue beverage powder development engineer to develop and optimize beverage powder formulations that meet market demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for the end-to-end product development process, including formulation, ingredient selection, process optimization, product evaluation, and scale-up. Reporting to the R&D manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including quality, production, procurement, and marketing to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality beverage powder products. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the food manufacturing industry.

Requirements

Tasks and responsibilities of the role:

Develop formulations for analogue beverage powders.

Conduct laboratory trials and quality, stability, and sensory tests.

Improve solubility, texture, color, and flavor properties.

Select and evaluate raw materials and suppliers.

Collaborate with quality, production, and marketing teams.

Scale up formulations from laboratory to industrial production.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Prepare technical reports and document development processes.
