Role Overview We are looking for a Applied AI Product Manager Intern to support the Applied AI Product Team in driving product-led growth initiatives, experimentation, and AI-enabled customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and design. You will work on real product problems ranging from performance analytics to AI-driven user interactions while contributing directly to product improvements and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Performance & Reporting

Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Translate product metrics into clear insights and management-ready presentations Support weekly/monthly business reviews with data-backed narratives

  1. Digital Marketing Enablement

Assist in marketing workflow redesign through use of automation and AI Build product and integrate solutions to supporting marketing efforts

  1. Data Analysis & Experimentation

Analyze product and user data to identify drop-offs, trends, and growth opportunities Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives Build and maintain datasets

  1. AI Conversation Design

Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions (e.g., WhatsApp, chatbots) Analyze conversation data to improve engagement, activation, and retention Work with LLM-based systems to structure prompts, flows, and guardrails Requirements Required Skills Presentation & Communication Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling ability Product & Design Basic UX/UI design understanding (wireframing, user flows) Preferred Skills Web Development Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms Data & Analytics Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query) Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly AI / Automation (Optional but Valuable) Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or prompt design Interest in LLM-driven product experiences Benefits
