Job Summary

Provide technical support on product offerings to customers, ensuring solutions meet local authority requirements and tender specifications. Evaluate project requirements from Sales and distributors for non-standard system sales via RFQ and support pre-sales inquiries collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Perform project feasibility studies and propose alternative solutions or specification deviations based on inquiry documents
• Develop and work on project tender specifications to meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site surveys and assist in integration proposals for project implementation
• Lead discussions with inquirers to influence specification changes, focusing on installation design for exhaust and fuel supply systems
• Review requests for non-standard gensets and equipment to verify completeness and technical and commercial viability
• Respond promptly to technical pre-sales inquiries to support customer decision-making
• Generate detailed project cost estimations including non-standard products, M&E works, and solution selling
• Collaborate with the engineering team to propose appropriate or alternative solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Work closely with the Senior IS Engineer to prepare accurate quotations for the sales team based on project needs
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors during pre-sales development to fulfill customer requirements for non-standard systems
• Take ownership to achieve department and organizational sales targets through proactive support and collaboration
• Provide pre-sales technical support to distributors and dealers to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain ISO systems related to Information Systems (IS) to ensure compliance and quality standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant technical solution expertise demonstrated through comparable role experience

• Ability to manage and prioritize work efficiently to meet deadlines and project demands
