Job Responsibilities
- Lead and drive new business development in the Singapore market
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, and CNC machining industries
- Develop sales strategies, market entry plans, investment plans, and business proposals to grow revenue and market share
- Prepare investment proposals supported by market analysis, customer demand, and commercial justification
- Conduct market and industry analysis and translate insights into clear business plans and execution actions
- Achieve revenue targets and strategic KPIs
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute growth and investment initiatives
- Attend industry and networking events to expand market presence
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance, and present structured reports to management
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all leads, opportunities, and quotations
- Communicate clearly and professionally to align teams, drive decisions, and deliver results
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
- Proven B2B business development experience in Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, or CNC machining industries
- Polymer and semiconductor process knowledge is a strong advantage
- Strong hunter mindset with experience in closing new business
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
