AI Video Production

Engineeius is looking for an AI Video Production & Content Specialist to support the production of a large-scale Arabic educational content project covering technology, programming, entrepreneurship, business, and project development. The specialist will be responsible for transforming approved educational content and scripts into engaging, high-quality short videos using HeyGen and other AI video, voice, image, and creative-generation tools . Key responsibilities include: Produce AI-avatar, explainer, tutorial, and educational videos in Arabic.

Use HeyGen and other AI video-generation tools according to each video's requirements.

Build reusable video templates and scale-able workflows for high-volume content production.

Optimize production workflows to minimize unnecessary AI generations, revisions, and credit consumption.

Manage avatars, AI voices, scenes, backgrounds, captions, animations, screenshots, diagrams, and other visual elements.

Ensure natural Arabic pronunciation, pacing, and correct use of English technical terminology within Arabic videos.

Combine AI-generated content with screen recordings, graphics, code examples, animations, and motion graphics.

Review scripts from a video-production and visual-storytelling perspective before generation.

Translate and adapt selected educational and technical materials from English into natural, student-friendly Arabic when required.

Simplify technical and business concepts while maintaining their correct meaning.

Maintain consistent branding, visual standards, and quality across the complete video library.

Work closely with content developers and technical subject-matter experts.

Perform video quality assurance and manage revisions efficiently before final delivery.

Strong hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools, with practical experience using HeyGen highly preferred.

Experience with other generative AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Synthesia, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Good understanding of AI-avatar production, AI voice generation, image generation, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Experience with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.

Strong Arabic language skills and good English comprehension.

Ability to translate and, more importantly, adapt English technical and educational content into clear and natural Arabic.

Ability to handle English programming, technology, and business terminology correctly within Arabic content.

Experience producing educational, explainer, training, or short-form learning videos is preferred.

Good understanding of visual storytelling, scene planning, pacing, and content presentation.

Ability to create reusable templates and manage high-volume video production efficiently.

Understanding of methods for reducing unnecessary AI-generation costs and maintaining consistent production quality.

Strong attention to detail, especially regarding technical accuracy, pronunciation, captions, branding, and visual consistency.

Ability to work collaboratively with content writers, technical experts, and project-management teams.

Computer Science, Software Development, AI, Engineering, or another technical background is highly preferred.

Experience or academic background in Business, Entrepreneurship, Product Development, or Innovation is also highly preferred.

Candidates who combine a technical background with business understanding and AI-content-production experience will be strongly preferred.

A portfolio demonstrating previous AI-generated video work is required; Arabic AI-video samples are highly preferred.
