Distance Studio Consultants (DSC) is looking for an experienced structure design group leader to lead our structural design team in Cairo.

Location: Katameya / Maadi Ring Road, Cairo

Work environment: Design office | No site supervision

Experience: 7–15 years

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage the structural design team

Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and design deliverables

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines

Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements

Mentor and develop structural engineers within the team

Maintain high-quality, efficient, and innovative design solutions

Manage multiple projects and deliverables within deadlines

What we’re looking for:

7–15 years of solid structural design experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent knowledge of structural design principles and codes

Strong proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a design-office environment

Important: This is a pure design-office position — no site supervision, site visits, or on-site construction work.
