Senior React Engineer

Job Summary
Drive regional delivery of a large-scale micro-frontend platform (React/TypeScript, Module Federation) serving multiple channels and regions from a shared codebase. Act as a standards-setter across a large distributed engineering team, not just an individual contributor.
Core Requirements
Expert-level React and TypeScript, with strong command of type-system design and rendering/performance fundamentals.
Should be an active GitHub user with experience in TypeScript
Proven experience with micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation or equivalent) at production scale
Track record of defining and enforcing engineering standards adopted across multiple teams
Experience building shared SDKs, libraries, or platform contracts consumed by many downstream consumers
Familiarity with multi-region/multi-channel product delivery, balancing shared core code against local configuration
Working knowledge of modern build tooling (Webpack/Rspack/Rsbuild or similar)
Preferred
Native/hybrid app experience (iOS/Android WebView, native bridge patterns)
Exposure to frontend observability/instrumentation (performance monitoring, error tracking)
Security awareness relevant to enterprise/banking frontends (CSP, cross-origin script loading)
Working Style
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a large enterprise environment with existing compliance and CI/CD constraints
Able to author technical specs/guidelines that senior peers will adopt
Collaborative across regional teams, not purely solo-execution focused
