Emilys Heritage Origins PTE Ltd. About the role We are seeking a full-time Service Staff to join our team at Emilys Heritage Origins Pte Ltd in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and supporting our growing hospitality concept. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

Assisting customers with menu selections and providing recommendations

Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently

Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

Handling cashier duties and transactions

Maintaining a clean and organized service area

Addressing customer enquiries and concerns courteously

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A positive and enthusiastic attitude
