Senior Graphic Designer

ELIXIR MD Inc. is a California medical-technology company building premium products and experiences for aesthetic medicine. We are hiring an exceptional Egypt-based designer to create high-end visual work across brand, digital, social, sales, education, events, and product launches.

This is not a production-only role. We want someone with excellent taste who can take an unclear brief, find the strongest visual solution, work quickly, and own the result from concept through final delivery. The role reports directly to Ewan Yassen, Founder & CEO.

What you will own:

• Campaign concepts and polished creative for digital, social, email, presentations, print, events, and sales materials
• Consistent visual execution across ELIXIR MD and related products
• Layout, typography, image selection, retouching, and production-ready files
• Fast iterations based on business and leadership feedback
• Organized source files, templates, and a scalable asset library
• AI-assisted workflows that improve speed without lowering creative quality
• Accurate use of approved medical and product language—never inventing claims

Compensation is $1,000 USD monthly base plus up to $200 monthly performance bonus. The process includes an initial paid skills assessment followed by a structured 30-day trial. This is a full-time remote role based in Egypt, with at least two hours of scheduled overlap with California business hours.

• 5+ years of professional graphic-design experience, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent senior-level ability
• Exceptional portfolio showing premium brand systems and campaign work—not only logos or social templates

• Expert Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, and image-editing judgment

• Ability to move between concept development and detailed production
• Clear English communication and comfort working with a US-based team

• High ownership, speed, reliability, and strong response to direct feedback
• At least two hours of scheduled overlap with California business hours

• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury, wellness, healthcare, or technology is advantageous
• Motion graphics, short-form video editing, 3D, presentation design, web design, and generative-AI skills are advantages
