Enforcement Officer

Job Summary

You will perform enforcement duties including issuing summons, engaging the public professionally, preparing reports, and conducting foot patrols in public areas to maintain safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Issue summons accurately following enforcement guidelines to uphold regulations
• Engage members of the public professionally and courteously to ensure positive interactions
• Prepare and submit clear, timely reports and documentation to support enforcement activities
• Conduct foot patrols in designated public areas to monitor and maintain order
• Communicate clearly and professionally during all interactions to ensure effective enforcement
• Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill shift duties and maintain operational coverage
• Adapt to outdoor work conditions and walk long distances as required during patrols

Required competencies and certifications

• Physically fit to walk long distances and perform outdoor work during shift duties
• Clear and professional communication skills for public engagement and reporting
• Responsible and disciplined work approach with teamwork capability
• Minimum C6 for GCE N/O-Level English or WPLN level 4 and above
• Completion of required training programs prior to deployment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior relevant work experience in enforcement or security industry is an advantage

Other Information

Working Area: East and North East of Singapore

Work Timing:

1. Shift A: Morning Shift (7am to 5pm)
2. Shift B: Afternoon Shift (1pm to 11pm)

5 days work week with 2 off days within the week; weekend work required
