Site Supervisor (Night Shift-Great World City A&A Works)

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site Reconfiguration works of tenant units and corridor at Great City Retail Mall Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site Requirements Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) At least 5 to 7 years experience in the supervision of building projects, Archi and M&E works (Prefer Live-building experience) Has supervised precast components Has an eye for details and resourceful Project Location: Great World City Office building Project start: End Oct Working hour: 44 hours, 10pm to 7am, Perm night shift Please indicate expected salary and notice period in your CV.
