Catering Assistant — Elite Cuisine
We're looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team in Cork.
The role:
- Assisting with food preparation, packing and portioning
- Loading and helping deliver catering orders to clients
- Supporting kitchen staff with basic prep and stock rotation
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness of prep areas and equipment
- General kitchen and catering support during busy periods
Requirements:
- Must hold a HACCP Level 2 certificate
- Must be 25 years of age or over
- Full, valid driving licence
- Able and willing to drive in Ireland
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Flexible availability, including early mornings
