Team Member

Job Summary

The Team Member is the frontline face of Sogurt, responsible for light food prep, keeping the topping bar stocked, and handling cashier, host, and queue duties to give customers a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light preparation work, including washing and cutting fruits for toppings
• Top up and maintain the topping bar (freshness, presentation, stock levels) throughout the shift
• Operate the cashier: take orders, process payments, and handle basic POS functions
• Host customers and manage the queue, especially during peak hours
• Keep the service area, topping bar, and dining area clean and well-organized
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Assist with basic stock replenishment and inform the Supervisor of low stock
• Support opening/closingduties as assigned

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Friendly, customer-orientedattitude
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to workweekends/public holidays as needed
• Basic hygiene/food handling knowledge is a plus
• Confident, outgoing, and loves interacting with people.
