Travel and Tour Agent

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa/travel arrangements, and tour packages. Develop and sell attractive travel and holiday packages. Provide excellent customer service and travel guidance. Manage bookings, itineraries, and client travel documentation. Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to increase sales. Stay updated on travel destinations, airline schedules, and industry trends.

Requirements:

HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field. 2–4+ years' experience in travel/tourism or a related role. Knowledge of flight booking systems and travel documentation is an advantage. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
