Internal Mixing Operator - HF or Kobenlco Machines

We are seeking a skilled Internal Mixing Operator to join our tyre manufacturing team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will operate and monitor HF or Kobenlco mixing machines to ensure high-quality production of tyre compounds. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and safety standards within our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate HF and Kobenlco internal mixing machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent compound quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or machine malfunctions promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in preventive maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Proven experience operating HF or Kobenlco internal mixing machines in a manufacturing setting, preferably in tyre production.
• Strong understanding of mixing processes, safety standards, and machinery maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
• Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills related to manufacturing equipment operation.
