Human Resources Recruiter

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and recruitment priorities.

Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and company career pages.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter.

Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is a must, preferably with companies located in Mokattam or Maadi.

Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.

Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
