Job description

El Gouna International School is seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate teacher of English to join our secondary stage immediately, and teach English and Literature - Edexcel IGCSE and Cambridge AS/A Level.

Position: Full-time English teacher for KS3-5 in our one-form school.

We are seeking an experienced English teacher with a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree, with PGCE or QTS and at least 3-5 years of teaching experience. The position is fixed term.

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant field

At least 3-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, specifically IGCSE/AS/A Level curriculum

Strong knowledge of GCSE/IGCSE British curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans and deliver effective instruction

Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes
