Aesthetics Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

Handle calls and attend to inquiries

Perform aesthetics therapist duties for the patient’s face and body

Schedule appointments for patients & update system

Assist doctor during procedures

Handle payment and dispense of medicine

Check & replenish stock when needed

Other duties as instructed by the doctor and management

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience with Aesthetic experience

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues

PC Literate (Basic MS Word & Excel)

‘N’ or ‘O’ level, able to converse in English
