- Job Title: Technical Issuance Specialist

- Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process policy issuance accurately and within required timelines.
- Coordinate with the distribution channel to collect accurate data
- Ensure full compliance with policy terms and company procedures.
- Handle all inquiries and resolve issues professionally with the client through email or WhatsApp or calls.
- Maintain accurate issuance documentation and system records.
- Contribute to improving workflow efficiency and service quality.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service. or any relative field
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good command of English (written & spoken).
