Senior Specialist, Procurement

Responsibilities

Implement strategic sourcing strategies to identify and select vendors that meet the organization's requirements.

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Track inventory and restock goods when needed.

Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.

Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

Requirements

At least three years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.

In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

Previous experience in procurement and supply chain within the banking or fintech industry.
