Job Summary

Support clients by managing enquiries and delivering quality service while coordinating administrative tasks and documentation for Migrant Domestic Workers. Provide counselling to workers and employers to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries to ensure high satisfaction and timely resolution
• Deliver efficient, quality service with proactive follow-up on customer feedback to enhance client experience
• Manage administrative tasks including coordinating documentation, work permits, and arrivals of new Migrant Domestic Workers
• Provide counselling support to Migrant Domestic Workers and occasionally to employers to address concerns and facilitate smooth placements
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maintain a positive, dynamic work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum ‘O’/’A’ Level or Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a maid agency environment
• CEI (Certificate for Employment Intermediaries) certification
