- Consult & Diagnose: Partner directly with business leaders to assess organizational bottlenecks and pinpoint precise training needs.
- Design & Innovate: Architect customized, engaging training solutions tailored to specific corporate challenges.
- Facilitate & Deliver: Lead high-impact, interactive on-site training sessions that resonate with diverse professional audiences.
- Advise & Support: Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing consulting services and post-training support to ensure lasting organizational development.
What You Bring
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Training & Development, ideally with experience in leadership development, corporate training, or adult learning frameworks (e.g., ACLP or equivalent certifications).
- Consultative Approach: Strong ability to diagnose client needs and communicate strategic solutions effectively.
- Exceptional Facilitation: Dynamic presentation skills with the ability to command a room and foster interactive learning.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client timelines independently while collaborating seamlessly with our internal team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education) or equivalent professional experience.
