7. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a Supervisor in the services/general/security industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
