Business Analyst / Product Owner (E-commerce Systems)

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and optimize OMS, CRM, Product Management, Fulfillment, and other systems supporting e-commerce operations.
• Gather, analyze, and standardize business requirements from different departments.
• Develop BRDs/FSDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.
• Model Flowcharts/BPMN, User Flows, and Wireframes.
• Analyze and optimize processes, and propose features, automation solutions, or AI applications.
• Manage the Product Backlog, prioritize requirements, and coordinate with Dev/Vendors following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Organize UAT, pilot implementations, training, and post-Go-live operational support.
• Support other related tasks as required.

1. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in BA/PO roles, with experience in delivering products through to Go-live.
• Understanding of e-commerce business operations, including orders, products, inventory, payments, and shipping.
• Experience in writing business documentation, process mapping, User Flows/Wireframes, and reading ERDs.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to proactively explore and clarify requirements.
• Ability to apply ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude in daily work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with Stakeholders, Dev teams, and Vendors.

• Salary: Up to 30M gross depending on ability and experience.
