Senior R&D Lead – Acoustic Metamaterials (10+ years)

We are seeking a Senior R&D Lead to contribute to our technology design and scientific direction.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, shaping the next generation of acoustic metamaterials and driving the transition from advanced research to industrial products.

You will work directly with the founding team and play a key role in technology differentiation, IP strategy, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and optimization of acoustic metamaterials Define and drive the scientific and technical roadmap Oversee numerical modeling and simulation strategies (COMSOL, wave physics) Translate research into scalable, manufacturable designs Guide experimental validation and testing strategy Contribute to IP development and patent strategy Support technical discussions with industrial partners and investors Build and mentor a high-level R&D team over time
