*Job Summary*

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. *Duties*

  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns accurately with bank statements
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies, errors, or irregularities, and resolve them promptly
  • Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring accurate salary calculations
  • Support budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and preparing reports for management review
  • Reconcile accounts regularly to uphold the integrity of financial data and prepare reports for audits or management review

*Experience*

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a focus on small to medium-sized organizations
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements is preferred
  • Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience with account analysis, budgeting support, and financial reporting is highly desirable
