Roles and Responsibilities

Loan Origination: Interview applicants, analyze financial documents, evaluate creditworthiness, and verify information to approve or decline loan applications within company guidelines. Repayment Management: Monitor loan portfolios, send payment reminders, and follow up with customers regarding upcoming or overdue payments via phone calls, SMS, or emails. Collections & Recovery: Proactively engage with clients to recover overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans or restructuring options for clients experiencing financial difficulties. Account Maintenance: Update customer records, accurately record payment transactions, and maintain data confidentiality. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection progress, portfolio quality, and non-performing loans.
