Recruitment Officer (Insurance / Sales)

Well Established Company Salary: $3000 - $3800 + Commission Location: Alexandra Working hours: (Mon – Fri) 10am to 6pm Training Provided Job Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings Coordinate interviews, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective Financial Consultants and agency leaders Support recruitment campaigns, career talks, and branding events Work closely with directors and managers on manpower planning and hiring needs Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey Assist in organizing agency training sessions and recruitment events

Requirements: Prior experience in Sales / Recruitment / Insurance Industry is a plus Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset No experience required - training is provided
