• Working hours: 5.5 Days: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm, Alternate Saturday half day

Job Scope

To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner. Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents); Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirement

Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline 1 -3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
