Junior Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

You will work closely with developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other team members to help ensure the quality and stability of our products.

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

Test new features and verify that they meet business and functional requirements.

Create, maintain, and execute test cases and checklists.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UI testing.

Identify, document, and report defects clearly.

Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing when required.

Perform basic API testing using Postman.

Test backend and frontend functionality based on provided requirements.

Participate in sprint testing and release validation.

Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and resolve quality issues.

Maintain clear testing documentation.

Continuously improve knowledge of QA tools, processes, and best practices.

Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

Ability to create clear test cases and checklists.

Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports.

Basic understanding of client-server architecture.

Basic knowledge of API testing concepts.

Basic experience with Postman is preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Previous internship or up to 1 year of QA experience .

Experience testing Android and/or iOS applications.

Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.

Basic knowledge of SQL.

Basic knowledge of browser Developer Tools.

Familiarity with Newman .

Familiarity with JMeter .

Basic understanding of Git and GitLab.

Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.
