Responsibilities
- Ability to manage pre-production tasks such as location scouting, mood boarding, and storyboarding
- Understand the unique requirements of each social media platform and create content that is optimized for audience engagement and results.
- Work collaboratively within the team on branding and content strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content
- Support occasional evening or weekend community engagements when required.
- Provide administrative support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a closely related field is preferred
- Proficiency in videography and photography, including experience with various camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
- Skilled in video editing and post-production using software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro
- Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, composition,and filming direction
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in visual content creation
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and Canva
- Work experience with gov-related agency would be advantageous
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt
