Production Planning

1.Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules according to production orders and customer requirements.

2.Coordinate with the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production Departments to ensure sufficient raw materials and smooth production flow.

3.Monitor and follow up on production progress to ensure it meets the planned schedule.

4.Analyze production data to improve resource utilization and reduce waste.

5.Prepare production performance reports and recommend process improvement initiatives.

6.Control and update production planning data in the ERP or production management system.

7.Support cross-functional coordination with related departments such as Engineering and Maintenance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or other related fields At least 1–3 years of experience in production planning or a related field (experience in a similar industry will be an advantage). Basic knowledge of production flow, material control, and manufacturing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
