Food Laboratory Assistant

Job Description Prepare and portion ingredients for NFS practical lessons. Maintain food safety, cleanliness and tidiness of Food Labs. Manage food orders, deliveries and ingredient storage. Conduct inventory and stock-taking of ingredients and consumables. Assist with school events, projects and competitions. Maintain equipment and kitchen supplies. Perform other duties assigned by FCE teachers Requirements PSLE Certificate. SFA Food Safety Course Level 1 certification. Able to read and communicate in English. Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience. Knowledge of food handling and ingredient portioning. A positive team player with good communication skills. Able to work independently and take initiative
