Patient Service Associate

Location: West

3 Rotating shifts (5 days work week / Monday to Sunday, including PH) 3 rotating shifts including midnight shifts AM: 7.30am to 3.30pm PM: 1.30pm to 9.30pm NIGHT: 9pm – 8am

Salary up to $2,800 + shift allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Job Responsibilities

• To demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent frontline services to patients.
• Handle the admissions and discharges procedures of patients' visits, appointment scheduling and administration of patients' records.

Job Requirements

• Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
• Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & PH.
• Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.
