Inventory / Product Management Trainee

E-Commerce & Product Data Management

·       Manage digital storefronts: Update, upload, and maintain accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms.

·       Oversee technical specifications: Organize and update highly detailed technical data for all catalog items.

·       Generate data sheets: Create clear, comprehensive product specification sheets for internal and external use.

·       Advise target clients: Guide customers on technical specifications that perfectly fit their requirements

Warehouse & Inventory Logistics

·       Control stock movement: Execute daily stock in and stock out management processes to track item flow.

·       Maintain logs: Keep precise inventory organization and documentation updated within database systems.

·       Conduct on-demand audits: Perform requested inventory audits with pre-approval to ensure stock counts are accurate.

·       Monitor stock levels: Practice routine inventory management to minimize stock shortages or warehouse clutter.

    Requirements

     Degree in IT or related field

     Fast Learner with high technical aptitude 

     Good at using technology in day-to-day tasks

     Attention to Detail

     Good Communication and teamwork skills

      Physically Fit 

      Ability to deliver in a highly engaging work environment
