Christmas Wonderland Event Crew (4 Positions Available)

Position: Christmas Wonderland Event Crew (4 Positions Available)

Location: Christmas Wonderland, Gardens by the Bay Contract Period: 27 November 2026 – 3 January 2027

Working Hours:

• 6:15 PM – 11:15 PM (5 hours per shift)
• 3–4 days per week on a rotating roster
• Weekends and Public Holidays may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and operate event booths featuring AI Caricature and Build-A-Bear activities.
• Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with booth activities and provide basic product information.
• Handle queue management and crowd flow.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Escalate operational issues to the Event Supervisor when necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Min age of 18 & above.
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, and large crowds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to commit throughout the event period.
• Prior event, retail, customer service, or attraction experience is an advantage but not required.

Selection Process

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview in October 2026 .
• Successful candidates must be available to commit to the event period from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 .

Remuneration:

Fixed project allowance of up to $1,450 upon successful completion of the event period and fulfillment of scheduled shifts. (equivalent to approximately $15/hour based on assigned rostered hours).
