Aufgaben

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role is responsible for:

• Assisting on the promotion and continuity of quality services.
• Providing administrative support services for all of the functions of the practice.
• Planning service delivery, Greeting clients; Scheduling appointments; Typing (40 WPM).
• Electronic Filing, Scanning, Telephone & Referral Processing, Photo copying.
• Quality administrative support for clients and clinicians.
• Maintaining a comprehensive electronic and hard copy document management system.

Anforderungen

**·*Essential skill set:*** . Excellent IT Skills.

• Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate Level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent team-working skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively.

• Quality focus and Organisational skills.

. Ability to carry out all duties in a professional, efficient and effective manner.

. Adherence to the Clinic policy and all applicable laws on privacy protection of PHI

. Operational familiarity with the health sector

Knowledge/Experience

• Qualification in Microsoft Office Procedures

. Working knowledge of Quicken

• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support to healthcare service provision

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

• Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Language

• English (preferred)

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
