Responsibilities
- Support the controllership function – statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
- Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings
- Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance
- Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities
Skills
- Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
