Assistant General Manager

Position Summary: Donna Restaurant is seeking a dynamic experienced and culturally attuned Assistant General Manager to join our team in the heart of Ubud. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive exceptional guest experiences and lead our front-of-house team. You will be a pillar of stability during high-volume services, ensuring seamless floor management while championing both modern hospitality standards and deep appreciation for local Balinese culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floor Management: Lead and inspire the team on the floor during peak operational hours, ensuring exceptional service delivery guest satisfaction and swift problem-resolution.
• Scheduling & Workforce Coordination: Assist in creating efficient service schedules that balance business demands staff well-being and labor cost optimization.
• Onboarding & Training: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, fostering a welcoming, high-performance culture from day one.
• Executive Support: Partner closely with the General Manager on day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including inventory tracking vendor relations and
• reporting.
• Back-Office Operations: Utilize strong administrative and organizational skills to handle daily reporting reservation management and compliance standards efficiently.
