Legal Analyst

Responsibilities:

Advise management on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and advisory documents. Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks associated with business transactions. Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities. Handle and review immigration matters, applications, petitions, and supporting documents. Monitor changes in corporate, immigration, and other relevant laws Assist with legal proceedings and other legal matters where required. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential legal records. Work closely with management and other departments to resolve legal and compliance issues.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years' relevant legal experience. Experience in corporate and/or immigration law is highly preferred. Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of corporate law, immigration law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Strong computer and document-management skills.

Location: Akure, Ondo State 

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 150,000 Monthly
