Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and quantity surveying functions for construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves assisting in cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment Perform quantity take-offs and measurements Support tender preparation and evaluation processes Monitor project costs and track variations Assist in contract administration and documentation Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience  Basic understanding of construction and costing principles Familiarity with QS software and MS Excel
