🎯 The Opportunity We are looking for a responsible and attentive Truck Updater Specialist to join our Yerevan team. You will be the live link between our drivers, brokers, and dispatch  keeping every load on track and everyone informed in real time.

📞 Send frequent, accurate status updates to brokers  check calls, ETAs, delays, delivery confirmations

🚚 Stay in constant contact with drivers track location, pickup/delivery progress, and any issues on the road

📊 Fill in and change load statuses in our Google Sheet in real time (dispatched → loaded → in transit → delivered)

📄 Check RC, BOL, and POD documents against our policies and flag anything missing or incorrect

⚠️ Escalate delays, discrepancies, or driver issues to dispatch right away

✅ Previous experience in the U.S. trucking/logistics industry is a must (updater, dispatcher, track & trace, or similar)

🗣️ Advanced spoken and written English confident on the phone and in messages

📊 Comfortable working in Google Sheets

📄 Understanding of Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs

🔍 Very attentive to detail and highly responsible nothing gets missed

💪 Calm, patient, and effective under pressure

🕓 Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM

🎓 Full training on our systems and policies is provided but logistics experience is required

🕓 Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (aligned with U.S. business hours)
