Join our dynamic international finance team at DHL in Maastricht as a Financial Accountant. You will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations by preparing and reporting monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and DHL's internal policies. This full-time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with your day starting between 08:00 and 09:00 and ending between 16:00 and 17:00, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you will manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts, oversee general ledger accounts within the ERP system, and handle accruals and provisions. You will execute month-end closing activities according to established timelines and support local finance teams and external auditors with financial information and documentation. Additionally, you will identify recurring financial issues, contribute to effective solutions, and participate in process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
