Graduate Trainee - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily manufacturing operations.

Support production planning and workflow coordination.

Monitor compliance with quality, safety and GMP requirements.

Prepare production records and reports.

Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Manufacturing, Food Sciences, Pharmaceuticals Sciences or a related field.

At least one (1) year of experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing facility.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
