Sales assistant, freight (Riga)

Main areas of responsibility:

• Maintain and develop business relations with existing and potential customers
• Substitute and assist booking department
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and agreements
• Process data (CRM etc.)
• Support sales team

Personal characteristics and skills:

• Fluency in English and Latvian; Russian considered an advantage
• University education
• Sales experience (an advantage, but not required)
• Customer service experience (an advantage, but not required)
• Transport industry experience (an advantage, but not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence
• Accurate, attentive to detail, and diligent, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality work
• Responsible, reliable, creative, friendly, and proactive personality
• Category B driving licence
