Product & Project Manager

DeStream is looking for a Product & Project Manager to manage product priorities and drive delivery from idea to release. You’ll coordinate teams, manage the roadmap and backlog, and make sure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.

Gather and prioritize business and user needs.

Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Plan projects, sprints, releases, and key milestones.

Coordinate Development, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Track progress, deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies.

Keep product and project documentation up to date.

Monitor product performance and user feedback.

Provide clear status updates and next steps to management.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Project Management in IT or digital products.

Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and releases.

Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.

Good understanding of software development and Agile ways of working.

Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong ownership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in fintech, SaaS, digital, or streaming products is a plus.

Fluent English.

Russian is a plus.
