We're known for our vibrant atmosphere, bold flavors, and top-notch service. We?re looking for charismatic, professional servers to elevate our guest experience.

*Who We?re Looking For:*

• A *results-driven SEO professional* with strong skills in *technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO*, who can drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and deliver measurable results. Experience with *GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress/CMS, and Looker Studio* is preferred.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute *SEO strategies* to increase organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct *keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis*, and content gap research.
• Optimize on-page elements including *titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content*.
• Perform *technical SEO audits* covering crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, broken links, duplicate content, and site structure.
• Develop SEO-focused *content strategies* and work with writers/developers to implement recommendations.
• Manage *link-building, off-page SEO, local SEO*, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Monitor SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions and provide *data-driven recommendations and reports*.
• Stay current with *Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI Search, and GEO*.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve organic growth.

*Requirements & Certifications:*

• *2+ years of hands-on SEO experience* preferred, with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of *On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and E-commerce SEO*.
• Experience with *Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile*.
• Proficiency with *Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog*, or similar SEO tools.
• Experience with *WordPress/CMS, HTML, CSS, Schema Markup, Structured Data*, and website optimization.
• Knowledge of *Looker Studio* and SEO reporting/dashboard tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with *AI Search / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)* is an asset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable SEO results.
