Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Begins to lead clandestine collection field or headquarters elements to satisfy HUMINT objectives and requirements under close supervision. 2. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives. 3. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. 4. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, functions, values, applicable policies and procedures, and internal and external factors that may impact the organization. 5. Understands and effectively leverages the capabilities and limitations of HUMINT intelligence information, collection methods, and disciplines when completing assigned tasks. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience working at a Combatant Command J2X. 2. Understand current and emerging technologies. 3. Experience working with/supporting cyber operations.
