Lead Civilian Pay Technician (NAF) NF-03

This position is located at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major duties

• Individually leads three or more employees who are engaged in processing pay actions where there is a requirement for knowledge of different pay plans, pay actions, as well as other factors.
• Distributes and balances workload among employees.
• Balances output reports to appropriate source documents on a pay period, quarterly, and annual basis. Balances all deductions and earnings for each installation.
• Input payroll data from a variety of source documents into a computerized payroll system, which requires knowledge of a variety of coding structures to process the various pay interrelationships involved.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
